General Terms

By accessing merge-core.digital ("Site") or purchasing training from Merge Core ("we", "us"), you agree to these General Terms. The Site provides informational materials about professional education services. These terms govern use of the Site and enrollment in paid programs described on the Site. You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have authority to bind your organization if registering on its behalf. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that jeopardize cohort integrity or violate acceptable use.

Course descriptions, schedules, and mentor assignments may change to improve quality or respond to instructor availability. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes affecting enrolled participants. The Site does not process payments; any purchase flows occur through separately communicated invoicing or approved partners.

All curriculum materials, templates, trademarks, and Site content remain our property or that of licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use materials for internal learning during enrollment. Redistribution, resale, or public republishing of cohort materials without written permission is prohibited.

You may not misuse the Site or sessions: no harassment, no recording contrary to stated rules, no scraping that impairs performance, and no introduction of malware. You may not misrepresent affiliation with Merge Core. Violations may result in removal from programs without refund where permitted by our Refund & Cancellation policy.

Education services are provided on an "as is" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in Japan. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or specific search ranking outcomes. Participant results depend on implementation, market conditions, and team execution.

To the extent permitted by the Consumer Contract Act of Japan and other mandatory laws, our aggregate liability arising from these terms or the Site shall not exceed the tuition you paid us for the specific program giving rise to the claim during the six months preceding the event. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages except where such exclusion is unenforceable.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction provide otherwise. Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith contact with hello@merge-core.digital. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of non-material changes. Either party may terminate Site access at any time; program-specific rights survive as described in enrollment communications.
