Merge Core is the controller of personal data collected through this Site and related enrollment processes. We may collect identifiers (name, email, company), professional context (role, team size), technical data (IP address, device/browser type), usage data (pages visited, referral URLs), and communications you send via forms. Payment details, if any, are handled by processors we instruct—not stored on this static Site.

We process data to respond to inquiries, operate cohort programs, improve Site security, analyze aggregated traffic where permitted, and meet legal obligations. Legal bases may include contract performance, legitimate interests (e.g., fraud prevention, service improvement), and consent where required—such as optional analytics cookies described in Cookie Preferences.

Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond and maintain business records. Cohort records follow separate retention schedules communicated at enrollment. Technical logs may be retained in short cycles unless security investigations require longer retention.

We use reputable hosting, email, and analytics subprocessors bound by contractual clauses. If data is transferred outside Japan, we implement safeguards consistent with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) and related guidelines, including appropriate agreements where required.

Our services target professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16 without parental authorization. If you believe we have collected such data inadvertently, contact us for prompt deletion.
